Helped me rent a Townhouse home in Back creek church road, Charlotte, NC.ResponsivenessPriceWork qualityPunctualityHorrible experience with Pam. I liked her in the beginning, but not having hot water and being without air, and your property management not care was it for me. I don’t recommend PG management. I'm sorry to hear you are not happy. I know we have been in contact via email today, as well. Unfortunately, sometimes things that are out of both our control can happen. I appreciate your review and want you to know that we have previously addressed your concerns via the home warranty company, and kept you updated at all times. Again, I'm sorry that we did not live up to your expectations within the 3 years you have leased with us.
